We knew Julie and Eamon when we all lived in Shenzhen, China. Rong and I moved to Texas and they live up north in Virginia.
As it is the case of walking around very crowded fairgrounds of Chevy's Freedom Over Texas you are bound to see people who remind you of somebody else. When I saw Julie walking down the street I thought "Wow she looks very much like a girl I knew in China." My eyes followed her as she walked. When she saw me she had the same reaction as my head moved to follow her. Wow! It actually was Eamon and Julie. So we decided to catch up over some spicy Chinese food.
It had been a while since we had authentic Szechuan hot pot.
Very delicious! Everybody walked away very contented.
